"Warum? Vor drei Wochen einen falschen Artikel erhalten, dann nach Kommunikation über den Chat sollte ich eine Nachricht erhalten. Eine Woche später war noch nichts da. Dann noch einmal eine Mail geschickt, auf welche dann nach einer weiteren Woche geantwortet wurde. Man braucht Bilder vom Paket (habe ich nach zwei WOchen natürlich nicht mehr) und von den gelieferteen Artikeln. Diese gesendet und auf fehlende Verpackung hingewiesen. Ich sollte dann nach zwei tagen eine Mail mit dem Retourenschein erhalten. Die kam auch nach fünf Tagen nicht, stattdessen heute wieder eine Nachricht, dass ich ein Foto von der VErpackung senden soll . . . Leute, bestellt nicht hier sondern macht es, wenn überhaupt, über Amazon. Dieser "Kundenservice" hier ist eine riesige Sauerei!"

The Sound Quality is Excellent, and the Noise Cancelling Feature is truly amazing and lives up to its Battery Lifespan. Every setting does. I have my Adapter hooked up on my desk next to my computer, but when its time to leave the house, it's very simple to just take the adapter with me, place it into my headset or attach the adapter to another device and continue my listening experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to make a smart investment in a pair of headphones that are Studio Quality and very portable. Without looking like a Gamer or standing out in the Gym."

"This headset has pretty much satisfied every hope I had for it. It’s great for work, gaming, and travel music/podcasting with the noise cancelling. Really the only gripes I have are not being able to manually switch between Bluetooth and the adapter when plugged in, and there not being an obvious way to replace/repair the ear pads."
