HyperX Returns Policy
Requesting a refund or replacement
Please follow our simple steps below in the event that you need to return a product or request a replacement. The fastest way to reach our team is by e-mail at email@example.com during business hours (Monday-Thursday: 8AM - 5PM, and Friday 8AM - 2PM GMT).
To help us process your return as swiftly as possible, please note the following:
Please do not send us any item unless you have received specific instructions from one of our agents.
When contacting us via email or post, please remember to include your HyperX Shop Order number and advise if you require a refund or a replacement.
If you want to return a bundle, please ensure that all the components included within the bundle are returned.
Remember that returned goods should be in their original packaging along with any accessory related to the item you want to return, where possible. If this is not possible, then suitable packaging should be used to protect your order and avoid any damage during the returns process.
You must take reasonable care of all products whilst they are still in your possession. We may reduce the refund due to you to reflect any loss in value of the product(s), or require you to pay the relevant sum to us, if the loss is the result of damage caused by you.
Once your return request has been validated, you will receive detailed instructions and a return label to stick on the box.

Refused delivery of your order?
If you refused the delivery of your order, please contact us as we will not automatically process your return.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the unlikely event there’s been a problem with you HyperX product, we want to fix it fast. Where possible please let us know within 30 days of delivery.
1. The first step is to contact our Technical Care team to troubleshoot your problem as they may be able to fix it without the inconvenience of having to make a return.
You can Chat With Us Monday-Thursday: 8AM - 5PM GMT and Friday: 8AM - 2PM GMT.2. If our Technical Care team can't fix the problem they will provide you with a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number, please have this available when you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. To request a return, please follow the instructions below:

If you need to return your products for replacement or refund, please e-mail at email@example.com during business hours (Monday-Thursday: 8AM - 5PM, and Friday 8AM - 2PM GMT).
You will receive a return reference number from us, as well as a return label by e-mail for the products concerned and a link to parcel shops where you can drop off the products. Please print out the label and stick it on the box, then hand in the parcel at your nearest drop point. Your request will be processed once we have received your returned products.4. Our team will then be in contact with instructions regarding the next steps.
- In accordance with the HyperX Limited Warranty terms (provided with the product and the Consumer Legal Guarantee), after 30 days from delivery you can still contact our Technical Care team if you require assistance.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED BOX/PRODUCT OR AN INCOMPLETE ORDER/PRODUCT
In the unlikely event there’s been a problem with your order, we want to fix it fast. Where possible please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
1. The first step is to contact our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. To help us fix it fast please attach photos of the damaged box/product or incomplete order and a brief description of what’s wrong (for example tell us if the box is damaged or the product inside the box is damaged or which item you’re missing).
2. Our team will then be in contact with instructions regarding the next steps.
I RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT I DID NOT ORDER
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that you didn’t order please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
