"This headset is genuinely amazing; the sound quality and battery life are top-notch, but the software that you have to use, "Ngenuity", is one of the worst software I've ever had the displeasure of using. 9. 9/10: It breaks and doesn't want to work, without any feedback whatsoever. If I put my PC into sleep and come back, I HAVE to restart my computer, or else I get zero audio from my headset. I wish you could use this headset without it, but once you use the spatial audio feature, you can't really go back. HyperX, for the love of God, please fix this software. I can't stress enough how much this software has spiked my cortisol. I want to like it because the headset is good. But Ngenuity makes it really hard."
