HP employees and agents may submit reviews, and these are transparently labelled as being from HP employees.
No Fake or Misleading Reviews
HP does not author, commission, or knowingly allow fake reviews.
Reviewers are encouraged to share their genuine customer experiences and reviews are not edited to misrepresent sentiment.
Negative reviews are not suppressed or deprioritised.
No Undisclosed Incentivised Reviews
HP does not offer compensation or incentives for reviews unless clearly disclosed.
Any review resulting from a promotional campaign or product testing will include a visible disclosure.
Reviewers are encouraged to provide honest feedback regardless of any incentive.
Transparent Review Collection and Presentation
HP uses an independent 3rd party reviews platform to manage reviews.
Review collection methods and verification processes are clearly explained on the independent review platform site, details of which can be found on the HP website.
Reviews are displayed in a neutral order (e.g. chronological or by local relevance) and include all verified submissions.
Content Moderation and Removal
Reviews are screened using automated tools and human analysis to detect fraud, spam, or inappropriate content.
HP reserves the right to remove reviews that violate the principles outlined in this document.
Customers can report suspicious reviews via HP customer support.
