"My girl bought me the HyperX Cloud jet dual wireless (black). Honestly the first day I had them I really enjoyed the comfortability and my buddies told me the mic quality wasn’t that bad. But literally the second day of having the headset the mic completely stopped working. It wasn’t an issue with my PlayStation setting either because I tried it on my iPhone as well and still no luck. I’ve watched videos and read other reviews and haven’t seen a fix. So I will be returning these. I may or may not give hyperX a second chance."

A couple things to consider for upgrading would be, software to control mic volume and sensitivity, an audible "click" like the HyperX Stinger mic would be better and the down (mic on) position is too low IMHO. Also, a foam cover for the mic would be suggested."
