"If I could give zero stars I would! I have not received the headset! I have contacted customer support and have been treated abominably by a girl called Larissa. I’m incredibly upset by the whole situation and am waiting on a manager to contact me about making a formal complaint. My bank are now looking into the whole matter after seeing all the evidence I have submitted to them. Fingers crossed it gets resolved but I won’t hold my breath."
"Very comfortable to wear! I barely even realize when they're on even after hours of use. The metal earcup framesaand headband are of fantastic quality, the cushions are soft and fit perfectly over my ears as well. The 7. 1 surround works great too, I couldn't be happier!"
