"The shipping on this item was crazy fast , literally arrived the next day! Quality of the headset is top tier , comfort is awesome , love the ear cups! Software with the Nov update runs fine no issues , updating the firmware was simple , just make sure you extract the file before running it! Sound quality out of the box was good but after a quick eq adjustment , this headset it awesome , decent bass , clean audio. Highly recommend!"

"I have always been an avid HyperX user since 2014. I transitioned into a PC user and my equipment is also HyperX. I recently purchased the new Alpha2 wireless. I have to say I’m pretty disappointed that there were no clear instructions on how to set up the wireless headset. This is my first time having a wireless headset and I was having difficulty updating with the firmware. There were no clear instructions on troubleshooting, and I found out how to set things up through Reddit. Aside from this troubleshooting. The headset is amazing. I encourage HyperX to include directions on how to set up a wireless headset for those first time users."
"While I appreciate the versatile connectivity, I find the audio quality noticeably weaker than my wired Cloud Alpha. Compared to that headset, the sound on this one feels muffled, lacks clarity, and isn’t loud enough. The NGENUITY app has also been extremely frustrating to use. Overall, I regret this purchase and will be returning the headset after I exhaust all options to improve it."
