If the product you’ve bought from the HyperX Shop UK (https://uk.hyperx.com) drops in price within 21 days of placing your order, we’ll refund the difference. Let us know by following the steps below and the difference will be sent to the original payment method used 3 to 5 working days after your request has been processed.

* Full customer name on the order

* The product part number, for example 4P5M0AA
The reduced price of the product

Provided we are able to verify the information you have supplied, we will refund you the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price.

HyperX Shop UK Price Guarantee Restrictions

1. Reduction in price must occur no more than 21 days from (and including) the date an order is placed on HyperX Shop UK (https://uk.hyperx.com). For example, if an order is placed on 1 January, the price reduction must occur on or before 21 January (i.e no later than 21 January).

2. Does not apply to price reductions that occured before the date an order is placed.

3. Applies to identical part numbers only.

4. Available on orders below £8,000.00 (inclusive of VAT) with a refund of £5.00 or more.

5. Does not apply to:

  • * Out of stock products
  • * Delivery charges
  • * Marketplace sellers, for example Amazon, eBay etc.
  • * Pricing errors
  • * Third party promotions
  • * Bundle Promotions

6. Applies to orders placed on or after 29/07/2024
